The Calgary Flames made a few roster moves ahead of Tuesday's tilt against Washington.
The team announced it has recalled defenceman Tyson Barrie and forward Adam Klapka and from the Calgary Wranglers of the American Hockey League.
Barrie, a 33-year-old right-shot defenceman, has played in only nine games with the Flames this year, recording a goal and an assist. He's registered three points in two games with the Wranglers.
The 14-year NHL veteran signed a one-year contract with Calgary in October after joining the team in September on a professional tryout. Barrie has 507 points in 818 career games, and he ranked 11th in scoring among active NHL blueliners heading into this season.

Klapka, 24, has played six games this season with the big club, but does not have a point. The six-foot-eight, 235-pound winger recorded his lone NHL goal and point last season with Calgary. In 29 games in the AHL, he has 13 goals and 12 assists.
Tuesday's game marks the first of a three-game homestand for the Flames. They face Anaheim Thursday and Detroit Saturday.
